Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
reconsideration of CSHB 26(JUD) be taken up on the same day.                   
                                                                               
Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent to                    
withdraw his motion and the notice of reconsideration.  There being no         
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CSHB 26(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
